The Short Version

ToeTagginTambo, Hoop and Tidal break down Jacksonville at Baltimore assuming Bhayshul Tuten sits. Trevor Lawrence leads the captain discussion because he runs and spreads targets around. Chris Rodriguez Jr. ($3,400) offers lead-back production at a backup price, with legitimate captain upside. Treat his salary like a $9,000 to $10,000 running back and leave substantial money unused. Jacksonville-heavy builds are logical, but simply fitting every expensive name invites large chops.

Justice Hill fits Baltimore trailing, while Ameer Abdullah offers a less popular route through late Jacksonville work. Cheap receivers and backup tight ends provide alternatives to the obvious value combinations. Jaguars DST ($5,800) is a strong play with ownership risk; Ravens DST belongs in builds telling a different game story. Derrick Henry and Zay Flowers could attract excessive flex ownership because they fit easily, although Henry remains a captain option, particularly on FanDuel.

Plays Mentioned

PlayCallThe TakeAt
Expected to miss the game after not practicing all week, so the analysis assumes Rodriguez takes the larger role rather than treating the absence as confirmed. 2:41
CAPTAIN A preferred captain because rushing, quarterback sneaks and spreading targets across several receivers create multiple paths to the top score. 9:07
VALUE At $3,200, his checkdown role fits Baltimore trailing, and he can be paired with Rodriguez while leaving salary unused. 10:29
CORE His rushing and distributed passing production justify keeping exposure around the field and differentiating elsewhere. 13:22
CAPTAIN Assuming Tuten is out, he can lead the slate in scoring, but captain builds should leave substantial salary and avoid simply jamming every expensive player. 15:49
CAPTAIN A preferred captain for some builds and a way to flip popular Lawrence constructions, although enthusiasm was mixed across the discussion. 16:58
LEVERAGE A cheap quarterback worth exposure because roughly 30% flex ownership is low for someone touching the ball on almost every offensive play. 23:45
LEVERAGE A lightly owned alternative to the concentrated value plays, with a path through late work after Rodriguez produces early in a Jacksonville lead. 25:41
CORE A strong play in all formats assuming Tuten sits; build as though his $3,400 flex salary were $9,000 to $10,000 rather than automatically spending the savings. 29:06
VALUE Mix into the running back pool as a punt, with a $1,200 FanDuel salary noted later. 29:28
The flex discussion favored underweight exposure because cheap value makes him too easy to roster for this difficult matchup, while allowing him in builds where the game script fits. 30:04
LEVERAGE At $6,400 and roughly single-digit ownership, a touchdown can make him useful in Lawrence or Rodriguez captain builds that avoid popular combinations. 34:16
LEVERAGE A single-digit-owned receiver to mix into Lawrence captain builds because he will be on the field and can produce a big play. 34:16
LEVERAGE A single-digit-owned receiver for Lawrence captain builds, with an additional pairing angle alongside Jacksonville defense. 34:35
Zay Flowers Views were mixed on captain and flex usage, but the discussion warned that easy salary fit could inflate ownership despite uncertainty about the quarterback getting him the ball. 36:18
CHALK Projected around 50% flex ownership, with the expectation that he could finish higher because the slate makes expensive players easy to fit. 36:18
Consider shifting some Washington projection to him in a set of lineups to inspect different constructions rather than making only a direct player swap. 38:56
LEVERAGE A lower-owned way to capture Baltimore throwing while trailing, with enough playing time to matter if the quarterback can deliver the ball. 40:19
LEVERAGE A lower-owned receiver for Baltimore comeback scripts, preferably alongside Rodriguez rather than automatically replacing him. 40:19
VALUE A $1,200 tight end punt to include in the pool, although Boerkircher was preferred. 42:58
VALUE At $4,400 on DraftKings, he offers a cheap safety target for the inexperienced quarterback; interest was lower at his higher FanDuel price. 42:58
VALUE A cheap tight end for Lawrence captain builds, with touchdowns in consecutive games and roughly half the offensive snaps supporting preference over Cuevas. 44:19
CAPTAIN A captain alternative behind the popular Jacksonville trio who could outscore Washington or Rodriguez while still allowing a reasonable lineup. 45:27
Jaguars DST VALUE A strong play against Baltimore's struggling offense, but account for ownership potentially rising beyond projections and consider the salary left by using it over a pricey receiver. 46:07
VALUE A strong $5,400 option for a potentially low-scoring slate, with prior double-digit fantasy results and a big leg. 47:33
VALUE Fits closer game scripts alongside Henry, when Baltimore can kick field goals instead of chasing touchdowns after falling far behind. 51:16
Ravens DST LEVERAGE A $3,000 defense expected to draw little ownership, best used in coherent Baltimore ball-control builds rather than blindly replacing Hill in a Jacksonville-heavy lineup. 52:55
CAPTAIN A ceiling bet if Baltimore stays competitive, with particular interest at FanDuel MVP below 10% ownership despite the nearly $19,000 multiplier salary. 57:01

Roster ConstructionRoster construction is how you organize a DFS lineup within its salary cap and roster rules. It includes where you spend or save, which positions you prioritize, and how your players fit together.Build two versions around your biggest spending decision, then compare every player who changes. Revisit the comparison when injury news changes the available value.Read the full definition of Roster Construction▶ Said at 0:04 Injury NewsInjury news is information about a player's health that can change whether they compete, how much they play or how effectively they perform. Check whether making that change would require another player whose game starts earlier.Read the full definition of Injury News▶ Said at 0:04 OwnershipOwnership is the percentage of lineups in a contest that include a given player. In DraftKings NFL Showdown, FLEX instead means a regular-scoring slot alongside Captain, with broader eligibility that includes quarterbacks. Before lock, identify affordable replacements for your latest starter. An open FLEX or UTIL slot helps only if suitable unlocked players remain within your budget.Read the full definition of Flex and UTIL▶ Said at 4:42 Bring-BackIn the NFL, a bring-back is usually a wide receiver, tight end or running back from the team facing your quarterback stack.Pick the bring-back who gains the most when his team falls behind. In football, teams protecting a lead often run more, while teams chasing a deficit often pass more. Before locking a lineup, ask who keeps playing if your expected script reverses. Check passing-down roles and backup rotations instead of assuming a team's leading rusher handles every situation.Read the full definition of Game Script▶ Said at 12:10 One-OffIn NFL DFS, a one-off is a player you select outside your stacks, commonly a running back or a receiver without his quarterback. An opposing receiver intentionally paired with your stack instead serves as a bring-back.Before adding a one-off, compare him with an affordable teammate of your existing stack. Decide whether his individual upside is worth passing up that extra scoring connection.Read the full definition of One-Off▶ Said at 16:34 CeilingCeiling is the high end of a player's or lineup's realistic range of fantasy scores. It describes a big performance that could happen when things go well, not the expected score or an absolute maximum.Describe what must happen for each player to have a huge game. Then check whether those conditions help or hurt the other players in your lineup.Read the full definition of Ceiling▶ Said at 18:07 ChalkChalk is the most popular, highly owned play on a slate. The term comes from sports betting, where the favorite is called the chalk.Don't label chalk good or bad. Payouts are steep: a small group at the top wins most of the money. Before you enter a tournament lineup, ask how it finishes first, not just how it cashes. If you cannot name that scenario, rebuild it.Read the full definition of GPP▶ Said at 21:03 Classic ContestsNFL Classic contests use players from multiple games. On DraftKings, you fill nine spots within $50,000: one quarterback, two running backs, three wide receivers, one tight end, one flex and one team defense/special teams.Check the included games before building. A Classic contest can cover a small afternoon slate rather than the full day, changing your available players and lineup options.Read the full definition of Classic Contests▶ Said at 21:22 Optimal LineupAn optimal lineup is a legal roster that maximizes fantasy points under the salary cap and roster rules. After games, it uses actual scores; before games, a projected optimal uses estimated scores and any lineup restrictions you set. When reviewing an optimal, replace its most surprising scorer with a realistic pregame alternative. Check whether the remaining construction still offered a credible path to winning your contest.Read the full definition of Optimal Lineup▶ Said at 24:11 ProjectionsDFS projections estimate a player's fantasy points for an upcoming slate using expected opportunities, performance and the contest's scoring rules. They describe an expected result, not a guaranteed score.Check the projection's update time and assumed role before using it. If news is already included, adjusting again for that same news can double-count its effect.Read the full definition of Projections▶ Said at 26:03 OptimizerAn optimizer is software that builds DFS lineups within a site's salary cap and roster rules. It uses projected fantasy points, your settings and, in some tools, simulations to select combinations for a chosen goal.Build a small test batch first. Check which players and combinations repeat, and investigate why before increasing the lineup count or changing settings.Read the full definition of Optimizer▶ Said at 30:22 ContrarianA contrarian play or lineup is one built around choices most of the field will not make, such as low-owned players, unpopular teams or an unusual salary structure.Pick one or two contrarian spots per lineup and ground each in a real reason. The rest of the roster can look like the field.Read the full definition of Contrarian▶ Said at 33:53 Spending UpSpending up means choosing a higher-priced player over a cheaper alternative, using more of your lineup's salary budget at that spot. You may also hear it called paying up.Build a version with your preferred expensive player and another without. Before choosing, check whether either version relies on a cheap player whose expected role still depends on unresolved injury news.Read the full definition of Spending Up▶ Said at 33:53 CorrelationCorrelation describes how two players' fantasy scores move together. Positively correlated players tend to have big games at the same time, usually because one player's success directly adds points for the other. When you build a tournament lineup, ask which of your players need the same thing to happen. The more of them that do, the higher your lineup's ceiling.Read the full definition of Correlation▶ Said at 46:37 ValueValue is the fantasy production you expect from a player relative to his salary. A value play offers more production or upside than his price suggests, whether he is cheap or expensive.Identify why the salary looks wrong: workload, matchup, scoring ability or a pricing error. Then check whether that reason still holds when you submit your lineup.Read the full definition of Value▶ Said at 52:30 Defense/Special Teams (DST)Defense/Special Teams (DST) is a roster selection representing one NFL team's combined defense and special teams, rather than an individual player. It earns fantasy points through sacks, takeaways, defensive and return touchdowns, and other plays, with adjustments for points allowed.Compare what a DST upgrade costs elsewhere in your lineup. If paying more forces you off an important offensive role, check whether a cheaper defense offers a credible path through sacks and turnovers.Read the full definition of Defense/Special Teams▶ Said at 53:53

0:58

Um the expected thought right now is that he's going to be out got hoop got title here with me as usual and hoops Harper in a little bit of a less of a voice than usual but hoop I'll let you say a few words on the way in and we'll only go to you uh sparingly so how's it going I head up the fellows earlier I said I'm gonna I'm gonna be here but the voice is a little rough I literally I think I've spoken ten words prior to hopping on the

1:19

Show I wanted to preserve it uh took the kids to the bus stop this morning and they both looked at me like what is wrong with you like your voice sounds weird I was like all right I'm gonna That's the last talking I'm doing for the day. I went to the gym, got my workout in. I've spoken zero words to anyone up until this point. So we'll see how long it lasts. It's feeling a little bit better. I don't even feel sick.

1:37

It's just the voice thing. So I'm here to talk through this game and yeah, we'll, we'll see how it goes. Yeah. You showed up, man. It's the best game of the year too. Thank goodness you're here. Cause this one is going to be a bit wild title. What's going on, my friend. How you doing? Doing well, yeah. Not a game that we love in terms of, I mean, ten-point favorites, but anytime there's a lot of money up top, we'll take it any day of the week.

1:59

Week nine, it's hard to believe. So, yeah, next thing you know, we'll be, I hate to say it, but we'll be playing baseball in the summer. If they can make an agreement, that is. If we're lucky, man, it could be even worse now that I'm thinking about it. This guy is very, very pessimistic on a Thursday here. We love to see it just to bring him in. But it is a bit of an interesting slate. You know, you guys talked about it.

2:18

Obviously, big time, you know, big time underdogs at home for the Ravens down to their third string quarterback, Joe Fagnano. So is that, you know, we're playing the Jacksonville Jaujars versus Joe Fagnano. If we're doing those pronunciations, I guess, for these names. But, you know, the Tootin' News, I guess, is a little bit interesting title. I'll start with you with Hoop being a bit under the weather. I think you'll have to give us the grand scheme overview today.

2:41

But I will say that the Tootin' thing, somebody like went digging on X this morning or they pulled it and... Since the Liam Cohen era, sorry, Liam Cohen era, there's been twenty seven times that a jag did not practice all all week and all twenty seven times they didn't end up playing. And that's the case with Tootin right now. So people are kind of getting ahead of that. There's no like edge or angle.

3:06

I think we all think that and already knew it anyway. But Um, just so you know, that was one thing that was brought up there. And then, um, the Brissett trade is still pending. Obviously it's nice that the Ravens went out and got them or I don't know what they call it. Who, who knows the Ravens? It has to be always pending. Just ask Max Crosby.

3:20

But I think, uh, it's more about like, they just knew he couldn't play until after this weekend or this, whatever it sets up for. So this is the game we're getting, but give us your grand scheme overview here, my friend. Yeah, I mean, it's going to be Jaguars heavy. Five ones is five ones, four twos. Anything three three or Ravens four two is definitely different. And rightfully so. Just looking at the Team TotalIn NFL DFS, a team total estimates one team's points, usually from the game total and point spread. It includes scoring by the whole team, not just offensive touchdowns or fantasy production.Recheck team totals after major news, then ask which players actually benefit. If your projections already reflect the change, avoid adding another automatic boost.Read the full definition of Team Total on both sides, twenty five and fifteen. Looking at SaberSim.

3:45

Like the cheap one or the one that I think is going to be pretty popular, and that makes sense, is Justice Hill, $3,200. If they are trailing, there's going to be a lot of dump downs. So how do you get different? Again, if you play three Baltimore gets you different. If you play a Baltimore captain, get you a little different. Looking at Showdown (Captain and MVP)NFL Showdown lets you select players from one football game, including eligible quarterbacks, running backs, receivers, tight ends, kickers and team defenses. Your Captain or MVP receives the contest's scoring multiplier.Compare complete lineups with different players in the multiplier slot. Leaving salary unused can reduce duplication, but do not sacrifice meaningful scoring potential just to make your lineup unusual.Read the full definition of Showdown, Parker Washington, Chris Rodriguez, assuming toons out, Trevor Lawrence are going to take up pretty much all of it.

4:09

So anyone after that's a little different. I don't know. I'm curious to hear your guys' take on the SlateA slate in DFS is the set of games, races, fights or tournament rounds covered by a contest. It determines which events your player selections can come from and which performances count toward your score. Before building, open the contest details and check the included events, scoring period and lock rules. Do not assume two sites offer identical slates just because both call them the main slate.Read the full definition of Slate. I'd be lying if I said I loved it for showdown, but it's football. Random stuff happened. We saw a spot not too long ago, the Bucs, ten-point dogs against the Cowboys, and they did it. So you never know. Yeah, like you always say, there's money on the line. Somebody's got to win it all. So that's the key part here.

4:28

It doesn't mean there's a lot of things to love. But I do think somebody said it best in our Discord earlier. It might have even been, I think I saw him, I think Philly Phantom. And now he's calling it the big solo. He said earlier, though, I agree with him. He said, you could see a solo shipper tonight or you could see a thousand-way chop.

4:42

It's really hard to say because obviously if the Tootin' News shakes out as we expect, you've got a Chris Rodriguez at $5,100. And $3,400 Flex and UTILA standard NFL FLEX accepts a running back, wide receiver or tight end. In DraftKings NFL Showdown, FLEX instead means a regular-scoring slot alongside Captain, with broader eligibility that includes quarterbacks. Before lock, identify affordable replacements for your latest starter. An open FLEX or UTIL slot helps only if suitable unlocked players remain within your budget.Read the full definition of Flex and UTIL. So it's like if it ends up being that you just need all the best projected guys and how they fit together and like one move here, one move there. You could see it, but we've seen crazier things. And so we'll just play it accordingly. We will go through all of that hoop.

5:02

Is there anything you want to add just to the first off the top and just what you're seeing with a slate when it kind of shakes out the way it has? We don't always see slates like this based on all the injuries, the pricing, all the offsetting stuff. Yeah, I mean, it was just tough to watch last week with Baltimore, where they really just couldn't even move the football whatsoever.

5:19

And then they have a tough matchup tonight, short week against Jaguars defense, who's very solid. Yeah, it makes it difficult, but you know what everyone's going to be doing. I mean, everyone's going to be playing the Jaguars guys, and you can do that as well, but just do it differently. Leave tons of salary on the table. It's one of those slates for sure. Where you want something ugly.

5:42

You want the lineup to look a little off or look a little ugly because, yeah, I mean, if you just play it straight up and do a five-one Jacksonville, you're going to be splitting it with a bunch of people. So you've got to find different ways to do it.

5:55

I mean, I guess, again, the hard part here is like the Ravens, I don't even know what the total yardage or any of the numbers were last week, but they're just totally unable to do anything on offense with, how does this guy, how do you pronounce his name, Fagnano? No, Fagnano. Of course. I mean, come on, dude. This is the stuff that's annoying.

6:13

Obviously, you've got to say that because as a kid, you would get made fun of with that beginning to your name, so you're going to change it around and make it seem like, you know. Okay, so that guy, the Baltimore quarterback, was unable to really do anything whatsoever, and that is the discouraging part because it is now a short week, and then you have to face a good offense.

6:36

They're projected to score like need to try to make the case for something here, but it is very difficult. And the one thing I will say is, you know, with Chris Rodriguez being so cheap, right? I mean, super, super cheap.

6:52

Like it gives you the opportunity to build some teams a little different because a lot of people just naturally be looking for to fill up the salary like and you need to envision in your head that he's $10,000 his price tag is $3,400 right so I would be in those lineups with him almost If you're hand-building, say, all right, I'm taking $6,000 off the table.

7:14

I'm playing this guy like he's a $10,000 running back because that's where he should be tonight. He should be assuming that Tootin's out, which has to be the case. And we're going to talk assuming that is the case. Like he would be a $9,000 running back, whatever it may be. So play him like he's a $9,000 running back and build your teams accordingly. That's one thing that kind of stands out to me here. I like all that.

7:37

I think that's where the you know, the quote unquote edge could come in tonight. I mean, it doesn't mean it's going to work out in your favor, but obviously if you're building for something a bit different and we'll talk more about that when we get to the captains here in a second, the Trevor Lords conversation, but I did look it up.

7:50

The, the Jags versus will be, you know, like someone said in junior high, they might say something different to him, but the Jags versus the Fonz, the Fonz is a baby deer. Jags do eat deer. So it could be a bad night for the Ravens with Fagnano at the quarterback. If you really want to sound it out that way, but title the captain conversation, we could start there.

8:08

Nate said it in the chat about, you know, Joe, you know, Trevor Lawrence pushing twenty five percent. I will say I don't remember the last time we use the stone or intimidation. You know, it comes through in the clutch pretty often for us. I don't remember seeing a captain optimal this high on a quarterback. That is obviously we get Jameer Gibbs on the SlateA slate in DFS is the set of games, races, fights or tournament rounds covered by a contest. It determines which events your player selections can come from and which performances count toward your score. Before building, open the contest details and check the included events, scoring period and lock rules. Do not assume two sites offer identical slates just because both call them the main slate.Read the full definition of Slate. We get Bijan on the slate.

8:27

These, these guys pop up to that number, but I don't remember seeing a quarterback with that high of a number. And I think a lot of people worry about like, how does he get there again? Short-sighted. I think too. What happened on Sunday? Well, the Jags put up something in the first half or whatever it was, and he did nothing and it wasn't needed. And, Oh, it's only one slate, one game. Now this like it obviously he could be part of it.

8:47

Maybe they throw three touchdowns and it isn't Chris Rodriguez this time or whatever it might be. Who knows? Depending. But what's your thoughts in the captain with the Trevor Lawrence stuff and then bring us around everywhere? Yeah, it makes sense with his rushing ability, the ability to spread it out. Not many teams are like Parker, Jacobs, Brian Thomas, Strange, can throw it to his running backs, QB sneak.

9:07

So he has so many ways to get there where you don't get boxed into the same build when playing him with passing quarterbacks. So yeah, definitely playing Trevor Lawrence, probably pretty heavy. I'm always playing Parker Washington. C-Rod's the interesting one because, man, you have to leave heaps of salary. I feel like, again, assuming Tootin's out, even if Tootin was in, though, Chris Rodriguez is a good play.

9:30

I mean, maybe you could argue a better play depending on what OwnershipOwnership is the percentage of lineups in a contest that include a given player. The goal is understanding how the field is likely to build, then finding your edge relative to that.Read the full definition of Ownership will look like each way. But if Tootin's out, I don't know how much C-Rod I'll get at captain. Again, trying to get a little different. I prefer Parker and Trevor more. And if you do, you've got to leave $5,000, $6,000. Like Hoops said, he made a really good point. Pricing like he's $10,000 because he's underpriced for sure. Derrick Henry is the interesting one.

9:53

When you play him, I think three three Ravens builds, four two Ravens builds make a lot of sense because you're playing for them to be in the lead or pretty close. And then Justice Hill is the obvious Bring-BackIn the NFL, a bring-back is usually a wide receiver, tight end or running back from the team facing your quarterback stack.Pick the bring-back who gains the most when his team falls behind. In football that's usually the opponent's top pass catcher, not a running back who loses carries in a comeback.Read the full definition of Bring-Back in a lot of five one, four two Jake stuff when they blow him out. I don't know how much I like – I'm curious of your take.

10:10

Derek Henry and Justice Hill teams together, like if they are leading, are they just going to pound it and then Justice Hill is not going to play much? Curious of your take on that. Say Flowers is expensive. I'm going to play a lot of Baltimore Ravens quarterback. I'm going to keep calling him like Hoop did, but he's so cheap. And like Hoop says, you get the ball every single play.

10:29

So, yeah, what's your take on the Derek Henry, Justice Hill, same lineup stuff if the Ravens are competitive? If they're competitive, I don't see it. But again, I can be wrong about a lot of things. I think Justice Hill is awesome because he's two hundred bucks less than Chris Rodriguez. You can play him together. There's so many different things you could do, but I like it because expecting them to be trailing, that's a build. And will some people get there? Sure they will.

10:50

But it's like, again, can do it with money on the table, can flip the captains, the popular captain of whatever that build fills out, just flip a captain in it or something like that. It works. But I think Derrick Henry becomes more interesting in a you know, we can circle back to it's not like a you know, we we He tried to talk hoop into it the other night with DeAndre Swift. He ended up being the top captain that was in the big lineup.

11:10

But it had to go that way. And that's what I – again, do we think the Ravens do it tonight? Probably not. Yeah, they're at home, whatever, whatever. A little bit more time, by the way. That's the thing about Fagnano there. He comes into the game as the third string after a big injury to Lamar, after an injury to Huntley. I'm not saying the guys good are going to be great.

11:29

I'm just saying it's nice to kind of know your situation and probably feel a lot better – starting a game after having some practices in and getting a heads up and spending some like I actually got to get dialed in now versus thinking you're never coming in the game I know you're supposed to always be ready I'm sure he is doesn't make it any easier I'm just saying it's it's certainly he was set up to fail I agree I mean exactly Exactly, and for one game tonight.

11:50

Again, no one's sitting here saying bet the house on this guy. It's just saying it does make it at least somewhat interesting from that perspective. I think when we get to it later, the Jags D might be the highest owned D we've seen yet this season, even with the price restriction of being almost $6,000. And again, could only be thirty, thirty five percent. But that's still quite heavy down there. And we'll get to that later.

12:10

But from a captain perspective, I think if you've got Derek Henry up top, I'm not really thinking about Justice Hill. I would think about this is nuts probably, but on the other side, if you have Chris Rodriguez up top, I would still think about Abdullah because it's saying the Game ScriptGame script is how a game's score and time remaining influence its pace, play choices and player opportunities. In football, teams protecting a lead often run more, while teams chasing a deficit often pass more. Before locking a lineup, ask who keeps playing if your expected script reverses. Check passing-down roles and backup rotations instead of assuming a team's leading rusher handles every situation.Read the full definition of Game Script is saying people are going to say, where the hell do you spend the money? That's the point. You don't, I just don't look at it as $50,000 anymore.

12:30

And it's if I spend $40,000 in the lineup makes sense. That's a great lineup then because it actually could get there.

12:35

People get sidetracked by the pricing and all this stuff right it goes both ways sometimes you know it's a this guy should not be this cheap okay but what is his real role tonight why would he all of a sudden become a top guy well just his price well that doesn't solve it we're saying in reverse this guy has a real role tonight assuming tootin's out chris Rodriguez that is he just happens to be $5,100 up top and you got to figure the rest out from there But if it was a Bijan Brian Robinson Jr., it's not.

13:00

I'm just saying if it was, and this is the same spot and all that, you would put an XIK or actually it'd be a lot more probably, like XVK Bijan, XVIK Bijan up top. And the IIIK, we saw it win twice, didn't we, in Showdown (Captain and MVP)NFL Showdown lets you select players from one football game, including eligible quarterbacks, running backs, receivers, tight ends, kickers and team defenses. Your Captain or MVP receives the contest's scoring multiplier.Compare complete lineups with different players in the multiplier slot. An open FLEX or UTIL slot helps only if suitable unlocked players remain within your budget.Read the full definition of Flex and UTIL? So you just have to think like that based on the pricing we have at hand. It's going to be a little bit crazy for your builds, but certainly a possibility tonight.

13:22

T-Law does run it enough, spread it out enough. I mean, you got Myers, Brian Thomas Jr., Parker Washington, Brenton Strange. I don't really care that he's over-owned. I can just stay with the field and build differently and hope that that works out, but he can definitely spread it around enough. Derek Henry, if I'm going for it on the other side, and I think... Zay Flowers is going to mix into more of a, probably more of a three, three, two, four type of build.

13:47

And everyone calls that stuff differently. I'm always talking about it with the lead number being the captain. I know people usually go off the underdog versus the favorite. I don't care. I'm just calling it like it is. If I got Zay up top in a two, four, it means Zay up top, somebody in flex and four Jags. When I say two, four, three, three, him up top, two Ravens, three Jags in the flex. Like that's how I'm thinking about those guys.

14:08

But beyond that, Not too much else for me. Who, what about you? Yeah. So up top, it's like Trevor Lawrence. I mean, it all makes sense. The reason why he's going to be the most popular, he will spread it out. He will run it. I mean, he'll, he can do just a little bit of everything. So it's like the perfect quarterback to have in the, in the captain spot, just because we've seen it all season where he will spread it out.

14:33

He'll give a little to Jacobs Myers. We saw Brian Thomas catch the touchdown last week. And then he has Parker Washington and, He will throw it to the running backs and he will run it. So he's like the perfect sort of captain play for sure. And he's going to be the highest stone after that. For me, it's definitely Chris Rodriguez, like, and make it a weird, ugly sort of team. Don't make it Chris Rodriguez, Trevor Lawrence, Derrick Henry, the Baltimore quarterback.

14:58

Don't build it like that. I thought, you know, as you guys were talking, I just went in and built a nasty ass team that you can definitely envision kind of being on the winner chris Rodriguez captain ball uh the the Ravens quarterback Abdullah for a thousand Jags d right you have $14,000 eight hundred and fifty dollars left per spot per spot. So it's just you're going to leave a massive, massive chunk no matter what you do.

15:27

And that's what you should be looking to do in those Chris Rodriguez teams. It should look ugly. It shouldn't have the big names, all the big names in there. Yes, you can have some of them, but just don't jam all the big names in there with Chris Rodriguez up top. You're just it's it's stupid. It's if it does hit, you're going to be that'll probably be the biggest chop on the slate. If that lineup does get there, it'd be a massive chop.

15:49

So make it look ugly if playing him up top, but I do like him a lot. I mean, assuming tunes out, he has a legitimate chance to be the high scoring guy on the slate, multiple touchdowns. The guy is legit. He's not like a shitty backup guy. Like he can, he can play ball. So I do like him up top, you know, And then it's like Parker Washington, fine with him.

16:11

But it is a night where I'm going to be looking to keep it tight up top. I don't want to play Zay Flowers. I mean, I cannot trust this guy to get him the ball. I mean, the guy was ten for twenty-one last week. Zay Flowers had five targets, zero catches. Uh, they clearly are moving on immediately after this game to a new quarterback. They have no faith in the guy. What are they going to want to do here?

16:34

They're going to want to jam it with Derek Henry. Obviously they're going to want to jam it with them. How long will that last for? Like, do they get down to touchdowns? Is it over? Yeah, probably. So, um, yeah, I would have some Derrick Henry up top just in case maybe it does work and he can break One-OffIn NFL DFS, a one-off is a player you select outside your stacks, commonly a running back or a receiver without his quarterback. An opposing receiver intentionally paired with your stack instead serves as a bring-back.Before adding a one-off, compare him with an affordable teammate of your existing stack. Decide whether his individual upside is worth passing up that extra scoring connection.Read the full definition of One-Off. So I'll just kind of rank my guys. It's going to be, it'll be Trevor Lawrence. It'll be Chris Rodriguez.

16:58

I guess Parker Washington, I guess Parker Washington, but I don't love him up there. It's just kind of by default. And then Derrick Henry would be like my fourth, I guess. Yeah. And I would say too, if I didn't mention it, I mean, I really, I do like Parker Washington up top, because I think that's where the flip can come from.

17:14

A lot of those Lawrence lineups, you're going to still have it spread out in the flex maybe, but you could just say it is Parker Washington is the guy up top. It's also, I think something like that, where this works, I'll go back to it because title brought it up. We're going back to title anyway, for quarterback and more, anything else he wants to add, but this is possible. Anything's possible.

17:31

You guys know my boy, Kevin Garnett, you know, anything is possible, but I still don't even see this working. We were talking about Henry in the captain. I mean, you're going to need Henry to bust out an ADR touchdown. And then even if they went down or whatever, I mean, I just, I don't know how they're not.

17:45

My point is if it is Henry bust that out and they're leading and winning and crushing and going off, then I don't see why Justice Hill is required later on. What I think in flex definitely makes more sense and playable together because that's where it's like, the other side is all Parker Washington or like it's, you know, Lawrence Washington, the kicker, the D and then whatever else.

18:07

It makes more sense with the guys in the flex than with one of them in captain, because you're, you're looking for two middling performances. You, when, when you play Derek Henry up top, you need a CeilingCeiling is the high end of a player's or lineup's realistic range of fantasy scores. It describes a big performance that could happen when things go well, not the expected score or an absolute maximum.Describe what must happen for each player to have a huge game. Then check whether those conditions help or hurt the other players in your lineup.Read the full definition of Ceiling performance. And then the other guy to, to get something decent as well. If they're both in the flex, you can find two middling outcomes and it still works. It would be like a super low-scoring game or something, and then even then, why is Justice Hill the guy after that?

18:34

I think Justice Hill is much more interesting when we get to a lineup where you're thinking the Jags did their job, and then it came down to it. I was trying to check the backups there, but it's not coming up, so we'll leave it. But anyway, I'll kick it back to you on that just to see. Did you want to add any more captains to what you'd already brought up or anything else after we get that clarity?

18:54

And if not, you can talk to us about just flex usage and that factor when it comes down to Lawrence and, you know, both quarterbacks not using them. Different factors. People always like to know. Yeah. No, the more I listen to who said you said about Rodriguez and like, yeah, you can really leave.

19:11

So much money and still build something solid I'll probably get more than I initially thought it's a running back favored by a lot you should get the bulk of the work like if tootin's out I mean he's already a backup anyway to an extent so why would they not give him the ball fifteen twenty plus times yeah plus one hundred to score right now tootin just went to plus one oh five so c rod's the most Likely to score in this game I got to have probably more interest than I initially did.

19:37

Other than that, though, no, I'll probably be underweight. I might just get overweight, Trevor, C-Rod and Parker Washington. I mean, they're all showing twenty four, thirteen, fifteen. You got twenty five of all of them, even thirty of all of them. You're overweight there and underweight everyone else. So I think I'm going to be pretty ChalkChalk is the most popular, highly owned play on a slate. 20:01

So the tequila master, man. And then someone said earlier about Joey F. You call him Joey Smoke. Joey Smokes, man. This guy could just come through tonight and smoke him. You could see, but probably not Likely. Shout out to my guy, Kenny Z. Really nice guy. Did not like you getting me for that $5,000 ticket the other night, little clipper at the end there, that extra Deandre Swift run at the very end. So congrats to you.

20:25

I hope you ship it, get to Miami this weekend, and then hopefully can follow you up there. But yeah, Um, before we go to the next section, just want to quickly go here. This is going to be sweet tonight. So you'll go to check, go check out Ship It Nation.com. You guys aren't a member yet. Make sure you get in. We got shipping games.

Sharks gave the ultimate the $5,000 to bring it up to that.

21:03

So, you know, if you want to be in a community where it's kind of free money given away every week on top of all the other stuff that's going on, definitely something to be involved in. But I want to show this off because it's going live tonight. Josh posted it on X. Let everybody know today. But the sweat station we were using with Rio on Sunday for the Milly Maker Shipper. Shout out again to our guy Rio.

21:22

If you didn't watch that interview on Monday, he hopped on with us on the Monday Showdown Shipper Show. Just an awesome, awesome story. By the way, I went back. It was crazy. I'm going to clip it and pull it out this week. But Rio did a DFS Mastermind interview with me. Last season at the end of last NFL season, he's like, the only thing I haven't really been able to catch onto is Classic ContestsNFL Classic contests use players from multiple games. That's the one that's got away.

21:43

And then bang to, you know, like second place in the Mills six weeks ago, a Milly this week, just amazing stuff, man. Love to see that. So shout out again. Problem solved. Problem solved very much so. Yeah, really cool just to see that. But anyway, inside this, the dashboard is where you start. So I'll go there. But he showed me this. It's going live tonight. All access members, I guess, is the beta test.

22:04

I don't know how it's going to be in the future or who's going to get what or how it's going to break out. But the sweat station is going to be there for the main showdown tonight. Lottery tonight. You can find yourself in it. If you already claim your username, it'll already bring up all your stuff. It'll test your dupes right away, so you'll immediately know how many lineups you have that are unique, how many are duped, whatever that might be.

22:27

If you want to sweat as I don't know, maybe you want to sweat as Rio tonight, Ibruchita, me, whoever's in it, you can go sweat. Find out all the people that do these shows that talk like they're in it and see that they're in it four times or less. You can do that as well if you want in this tonight and see who's talking about it and not actually playing. But this is going to be pretty sweet.

22:43

And then he shows that I don't have it up here, but you can go to DFS OS HQ on X and it shows... The win equity and the latest updates. I don't know how quickly it's going to update, but anyway, very cool tool. If you guys haven't checked it out yet, it's planning to be for all sports, but check out DFSOS.com, use code SHIPIT to get fifty percent off for Ship It Nation.

23:04

If you want to get in the rest of the season, we did just put the promos out so you could get the rest of the season content only that is right through Super Bowl. There's no later playoff package, nothing like that. It's one forty nine for the rest of the season or one ninety nine with SaberSim if you want to check it out. So Bring it back to you guys here. Hoop, anything else you wanted to add at quarterback?

23:24

Title went through it a little bit, but anything else you want to add to those guys just from a flex perspective? Like someone did mention it earlier. I guess one angle would be leaving Joey F out because he was already getting some injuries going into this. He's kind of wearing that little boot thing on the field the other day, but I think they think he's fine. It's just how does he perform? But I'm sure there'll be tons of lineups without him anyway, as it is.

23:45

He's only thirty thirty ish percent Flex and UTILA standard NFL FLEX accepts a running back, wide receiver or tight end. Yeah, that's the main thing. It's like the quarterbacks that are like around thirty-ish percent. And we see it from time to time. It's usually the really shitty ones on the teams that aren't projected to score many points, which is what we have here tonight. So, I mean, just for that reason, he's appealing and talk about it always. I mean, they get to essentially touch the ball almost every single play. So there's definitely opportunity there.

24:11

So anytime quarterbacks come in that low in the flex, there's some interest there. And then Trevor Lawrence will be you know, massively owned. The combination of captain and flex ownership is going to be through the roof because it's going to be very easy to play him and he's very Likely to be on the Optimal LineupAn optimal lineup is a legal roster that maximizes fantasy points under the salary cap and roster rules. But yeah, the only thing that really stands out to me is the Baltimore guy, you know, thirty-ish OwnershipOwnership is the percentage of lineups in a contest that include a given player. 24:38

Lawrence is going to be We see it with Josh Allen, I guess sometimes, but like, Lord, it's going to be ninety something percent plus owned across the board tonight. I know it's not that crazy. I'm just noting it. It's like that's for a jag spot or a game like this. You don't often see it. But for the way this SlateA slate in DFS is the set of games, races, fights or tournament rounds covered by a contest. And as you saw with Lamar last game, anything can happen on that first play.

25:00

Not not cheering for it for sure. Don't want to start that one up again. Andrew. My man, we're going to answer this in a minute when we get to the wide receiver. But in the meantime, why don't you tell us how the sales are going today? But at the used car lot or the construction zone, we said he's a used car salesman. How's the construction sales going today? You let us know, man. But running back title, I'll go back to you.

25:19

We've already had the Rodriguez conversation, but we did blend in Abdullah. We blended in Justice Hill. We talked about different scenarios and how you could use them. They're getting talked up a little. Abdullah is getting like nothing. And once they took the big lead last game, I don't, again, I know they had toot and then they had Rodriguez, but now if tootings already not playing as we expect, maybe they want to protect your Rodriguez a little bit more like last game.

25:41

They didn't use them at all in the second half, really after, you know, they did their damage. So what are you thinking about Abdullah here? And then the rest of the running backs as a whole. Yeah, I'm definitely going to play some Abdullah. I mean, to get different on the SlateA slate in DFS is the set of games, races, fights or tournament rounds covered by a contest. It determines which events your player selections can come from and which performances count toward your score. Before building, open the contest details and check the included events, scoring period and lock rules. Do not assume two sites offer identical slates just because both call them the main slate.Read the full definition of Slate for where the value is going to go. Obviously, Rodriguez really cheap. Justice Hill is cheap. After that, kickers, Jaguars defense. And yeah, you can't really like everyone's going to leave money.

26:03

That's why Trevor Lawrence is going to be so highly owned because he's ProjectionsDFS projections estimate a player's fantasy points for an upcoming slate using expected opportunities, performance and the contest's scoring rules. They describe an expected result, not a guaranteed score.Check the projection's update time and assumed role before using it. And you could argue he should be like one or $2,000 cheaper or $1,000, one or $2,000 more expensive. So when you're talking value, it's going to be very concentrated. If Abdullah, if they are out to a big leader of somehow Abdullah does outscore Justice Hill or some of those guys, kickers, defense, you can leave $5,000 right there.

26:29

Pass catching back. What's his touchdown prop?

26:34

Plus six hundred I mean not great but not terrible uh so yeah I'm gonna play some Abdullah trying to think my favorite ways to play him if it's with chris Rodriguez or not I think it is probably uh and just hoping chris Rodriguez does it early Abdullah does it late Justice Hill even though he is getting OwnershipOwnership is the percentage of lineups in a contest that include a given player. Projected ownership is an estimate made before lock; actual ownership is posted once the contest locks.Ownership isn't something to avoid; it's something to build around. The goal is understanding how the field is likely to build, then finding your edge relative to that.Read the full definition of Ownership it just makes so much sense uh with joey wanting to check everything down ten point dogs you can leave tons of money he could outscore Zay Flowers for $6,000 cheaper, $7,000, whatever it is.

27:03

So yeah, Justice Hill probably with C rod and I'll just naturally be underway. Derek Henry, I think since I think Jaguars put it to him. Yeah. Something to be said too, just for the breakdown of it all.

27:15

Cause I know we're going to be going into more of this in a second, but when you look at the mixture of the values, it's like, okay, most people would have lower if yo Lawrence or Washington up top, probably still thinks about Rodriguez Flex and UTILA standard NFL FLEX accepts a running back, wide receiver or tight end. In DraftKings NFL Showdown, FLEX instead means a regular-scoring slot alongside Captain, with broader eligibility that includes quarterbacks. Before lock, identify affordable replacements for your latest starter. An open FLEX or UTIL slot helps only if suitable unlocked players remain within your budget.Read the full definition of Flex and UTIL, right? But then people, the next move would be to go to Justice Hill because that's the type of lineup where they're going to be down and we want to come back.

27:33

And that's where you're seeing, obviously, you're seeing fifty percent plus on Rodriguez in the flex. You're still seeing fifteen to twenty percent on Justice Hill. It's no secret. But the idea is also is if Lawrence and Washington or Meyer, whoever you use up top or Strange, whatever it is to get ahead. That could also be when it's Abdullah time later on. And if Abdullah outscores it. If he outscores Justice Hill, it could already be good for you.

27:58

But there is some world where he outscores both because if it's not Rodriguez scoring the points early and it's just some, you know, what does he get? Twelve rushes for fifty yards and whatever else, whatever else. And then late in the game, Abdullah gets a touchdown and a few big runs or something like that.

28:13

That could actually be it's the most, it's probably the least Likely scenario, but it's the craziest one where it would really outdo a lot of lineups in a unique way. So just something to think about there, but I definitely think some Abdullah in the, in the Hill spot. I don't think there's gonna be a lot of five ones with just Hill. Right?

28:29

It would probably be Hill and somebody else in a four, two more Likely it's possible, but I'm saying what's more Likely, but I'm saying if it's a four, two with Hill and makes sense, you could still convert it to a five, one with Abdullah. It probably already had money on the table and now it has even more. So that's kind of how I'm thinking about that. Henry fine.

28:49

I mean, Henry in a five, one for the Jags makes a ton of sense too, to me still, because like he just gets the touchdown, he gets the yards and none of the other Ravens come through, but obviously you can make the case. If it's not him, are people going to leave a five, one with just Bateman or just lane or just Andrews or something like that.

29:06

So there's, there's some unique five ones that you can make for sure, but there'll be gross with what they look like and the salary left on the table to most, but who, anything you want to add here at the running back position? Yeah, we talked a lot about these guys. I mean, Rodriguez, phenomenal play. Like him, obviously, in all formats. And again, play him as if he's like a nine or $10,000 running back. That would be my one piece of advice.

29:28

Good with Justice Hill, Abdullah, and then even mix in some Allen. But, you know, the one interesting talking point is the Derrick Henry stuff, just from like an ownership perspective, because the spot's horrible for him and the Ravens as a whole. He's very expensive at ten, too. And we have a ton of value on the slate. So what's going to happen here is his ownership is just going to get way more inflated.

29:52

He's going to be way higher on than he should be in this spot, I guess is what I'm trying to say, because you're going to build a team. It's just he's going to fit in everything because you're going to play the Chris Rodriguez of the world. And then like it just opens up the world.

30:04

So, yeah, I think if you're building a lot of teams like actively taking an underweight approach on Derrick Henry, is something I would be looking to from a portfolio standpoint. Like you said, use the example of five, one with Henry. If you're doing stuff like that, then yeah, where it makes sense.

30:22

But if you're just building a bunch of teams and using an OptimizerAn optimizer is software that builds DFS lineups within a site's salary cap and roster rules. It uses projected fantasy points, your settings and, in some tools, simulations to select combinations for a chosen goal.Build a small test batch first. Check which players and combinations repeat, and investigate why before increasing the lineup count or changing settings.Read the full definition of Optimizer or something, be careful with the Derrick Henry stuff because he's going to be much higher on than he should be because of how easy it is to play. Did you see, too, this is a side note to the Derrick Henry stuff. Well, it's about him, but just to note, the Giants are thinking about trying to trade for him instead of Jonathan Taylor right now. I mean, the season's over for Lamar.

30:47

The big dog is the man. And insane how good he's been to this level and for whatever. But, like, I don't know. What's the trade value really going to be? I don't know. That's the bigger question. But I thought it was at least somewhat interesting. And for the Ravens, if you're – Trading for Brissett, it's just to kind of keep things moving because there's nothing there. It's not like anything's there. So it's like we're not really... Oh, I don't know. I don't know.

31:06

I think they brought him in because it gives them somewhat of a chance. I mean, Brissett is... That's what I think they're going to go with. It just sucks that they're going to have to pay. That's why I think the latest is like they're not going to move on Henry because they're going to see what happens. And what if... Man, that would be a sad scene if Brissette's getting them down the line and Lamar's on the sidelines. Like, geez. This would be crazy.

31:27

Yeah. I mean, I think Brissett has the chance to actually, I mean, I think it's a perfect fit for them, honestly. Like him coming in here to give them a chance. Like he can get the ball to receivers, right? He can get the ball to Zay Flowers. He's going to be able to move the ball up and down the field. I mean, I'm interested to see how it all looks. Yeah, I'm definitely interested. As a Ravens fan, I want to see it.

31:52

But man, that's just so disappointing the way it shook out. Moving on to wide receiver in a second, because there's a lot more to talk about there. A bunch of different dudes you can go with. And also that's where it's more like with the Ravens side. Someone said, you know, leaving just the money, you know, leaving a bunch of money, leaving Derrick Henry money down to Justice Hill. Yeah, it's different still for sure.

32:09

It's just like that's it's whether or not it would get there and how that's going to shake up. But Jerry's point here, I think there's definitely an opportunity for this. Just it's a very precise. Type of build.

32:19

So it doesn't mean, I don't think you'd be as heavily duped because most people have Trevor Lawrence, but the idea of if it is all the running game for the Jags and then for the Ravens, it's just jamming the run and PPR point to whoever, if it's Zay or whoever it ends up being, it's going to be hard to nail down, but definitely would want to have some builds in there with no quarterbacks as a chance at being different tonight.

32:39

So defenses, running backs, kickers, things like that, where it can really rack up.

32:45

And if those guys only have, you know, if Lawrence has still think it's probably there on this slate but it's tough to say you never know so that's where it gets a little bit more tricky and you want to think about that when you're putting your builds together so wide receiver title I'll go to you Parker Washington's been talked about zay And like, I don't know, Zay might even just be better in the flex. He's still not getting like crazy ownership there.

33:07

And what if they are just, the one thing I will say is last game, like people talk about the, you know, ten for twenty-one or whatever, twofold. One, what I said earlier, not really ready. He probably never ready, to be honest, for NFL. Let's see what happens. And again, tonight, like Hoop said earlier, they're not really planning much with him. They're already moving on. But why not, if that's the case, let them at least try it some when they're down because who cares?

33:29

And then also, if he threw that many times in that little time, what if he throws, you know, thirty, forty times tonight? I mean, then it becomes like twenty for forty is still a lot of value there. We never know. What are the odds? What are the odds you think he throws forty, forty? What's the props on it right now? It's probably super low. Yeah, I'd have to sometimes pretty quickly. You go ahead. Talk about wide receiver. I'll pull that. Oh, man.

33:53

I mean, I just find it crazy when we're like talking props. Brian Thomas, seventeen plus yards, minus one oh nine. And this guy was going above Parker Washington and best ball for a good amount of time. Just crazy to see things like that. And his price like that's a Spending UpSpending up means choosing a higher-priced player over a cheaper alternative, using more of your lineup's salary budget at that spot. You may also hear it called paying up.Build a version with your preferred expensive player and another without. Before choosing, check whether either version relies on a cheap player whose expected role still depends on unresolved injury news.Read the full definition of Spending Up to be ContrarianA contrarian play or lineup is one built around choices most of the field will not make, such as low-owned players, unpopular teams or an unusual salary structure.Pick one or two contrarian spots per lineup and ground each in a real reason. But yeah, I mean, it.

34:16

I'll have seven, eight, nine percent because when he does outscore all those guys or catches a six yard touchdown, which is on the field about fifty percent of the time, you can be unique. So I'll play him. Rashad Bateman, Jacobs Lane, some Josh Cameron, even some Travis Hunter. These guys are all single digit ownerships.

34:35

And they all have they're going to be on the field at times can have a big play easily fits Trevor Lawrence captain stuff that's going to be way I'm getting different today and I'll probably end up underweight Zay Flowers and Parker Washington and probably even Jacobs Myers Flex and UTILA standard NFL FLEX accepts a running back, wide receiver or tight end. In DraftKings NFL Showdown, FLEX instead means a regular-scoring slot alongside Captain, with broader eligibility that includes quarterbacks. Before lock, identify affordable replacements for your latest starter. An open FLEX or UTIL slot helps only if suitable unlocked players remain within your budget.Read the full definition of Flex and UTIL I'll mix and match them but I'm interested in these single digit own receivers that are going to be on the field you could triple dip tonight with Travis Hunter You put him with the defense, you get the offensive points from him, all kinds of things you can do with this guy tonight.

35:08

Would you believe it's almost thirty? For what? For the props. Oh, I mean, when they're ten-point dogs, you got to throw the ball eventually in the second half. So, yeah, I guess forty's not the – Still feels tough to believe. Forty's definitely crazier, but, I mean, still, I didn't – I was thinking it might even be lower than that, but I guess they maybe just come in chucking it, man. Passing attempts. Joey F. What is it? Twenty-nine and a half. Yeah, twenty-nine and a half.

35:33

Yeah. Yeah, pretty interesting there. I'll kick it over to wide receiver with you, Hoop. What else you got to add? I mean, like Brian Thomas Jr. Finally, what, he got a touchdown last week. They were talking about featuring him for trade value. Still haven't seen anything there. And yeah, sorry, twenty twenty eight and a half. Trevor Lawrence is twenty nine and a half. One more than him. But it's just, yeah, this back and forth. There's blowout baked into that.

35:55

There's the other side is like just down and has to throw more. It's not an easy number to go off of. But yeah, go ahead, Hoop, with wide receiver. Yeah. I mean, kind of agree with a lot of what like title was saying, like the Parker Washington thing, Zay Flowers, their price where they're just going to fit and people are going to play them. So the OwnershipOwnership is the percentage of lineups in a contest that include a given player. The goal is understanding how the field is likely to build, then finding your edge relative to that.Read the full definition of Ownership is going to be very, very high, especially on like Parker Washington.

36:18

And I don't know, I just don't, What are we showing for ownership? I think it's going to be higher than that. We're showing him fifty. I bet it even comes in higher just because it's going to be easy to play these guys. There's not many appealing plays on this SlateA slate in DFS is the set of games, races, fights or tournament rounds covered by a contest. Zay Flowers, same conversation as Derrick Henry. He's going to be over-owned for his situation tonight just because it's easy to put him into any lineup.

36:46

Any lineup that has Chris Rodriguez, you're going to be able to just play you're gonna be able to play Derrick Henry and Zay Flowers and they're just going to go into a lot of lineups so I want to be careful what I do is they flowers and that mean just five targets zero catches and yeah I mean the guy was not expecting to play football the joey joey f was not not expecting to play football last week and he was thrust into the position so I get it so maybe maybe they compare like one or two of those instead of oh for five but it's it's very tough I think Yeah, Brian Thomas Jr.

37:17

And Trevor Lawrence, captain teams, low-scoring game. I mean, it can definitely make sense if that's the case. And no one's going to want to click him at $6,400. But like they clearly wanted to get him a little something last week and probably continue. So I'm good with him there. And same thing. Like, yeah, I'll mix in like that's what I was talking about. And like those even those C-Rod captain teams like you want to.

37:45

Have some ugly plays mixed in and I guess I would even add like brian Thomas into that no one's going to place the sea rod captain brian Thomas and flex probably is going to be a low combination so I just that's a guy you can throw in there that does have some touchdown upside but yeah I'd include Cameron uh and hunter in those Trevor Lawrence captain teams Jacobs Lane and Bateman. I mean, it's tough to get excited about the Ravens passing attack tonight.

38:14

So, yeah, I don't know. That's kind of it. Brian Thomas Jr. Is just like a touchdown guy now. If he did that, that's saying it off of one week. It's crazy. The books have Josh Cameron more Likely to get fifty yards than they do Brian Thomas Jr. And they actually let you ladder him up. I mean, there's something to be said for that. They don't even want to put a ladder on Brian Thomas. And it doesn't look like because they're scared of it.

38:39

It looks like because they're not concerned at all by it. It's not even worth it. No one's going to bet it because it's not happening. But interesting just to see that stuff. I guess... Like, man, Myers squeezed right there in the middle? I don't know. But the fact that he's there kind of makes it somewhat interesting.

38:56

And if you are playing around with whether you're building in sets, you've got a portfolio, whatever that might be, I think there'd be some merit to giving some of the Washington points to Myers and Myers for some lineups and just see what those versions look like so it's not always just one-for-one replacement. You can find what would that do if your builds had something different. Kind of like what we talked about on Monday with how Rio – boosted the expense of defenses.

39:20

That's just one move, but to see what does it do for you, and then you're like, oh, it actually gives me some more unique builds this way that would be a little bit interesting or there's some intrigue there. I would think about that with something with Myers tonight just because he kind of slices and dices the middle. If Brian Thomas Jr. Is your guy, do it with him.

39:35

He's six hundred bucks cheaper, just as easy to do it with, but I would definitely be considering what some of those lineups give you Zay Flowers, Lane, Bateman, really the only three on the Ravens side. I know some of those other guys could get involved, but it's just so hard to see it being anything crazy. So you're putting them in knowing that you're taking that risk. Bateman, four hundred bucks more than Rodriguez.

39:57

If anyone can get separation and find, I mean him at lane can too, but it just, it's whoever gets lucky on that. And then they need our boy now coined forever as Joey F they're going to need Joey F to get the ball, the F down the field to these guys and actually have it be clean. So that's what you're looking for in those lineups, but know what it is. You're obviously taking a massive ProjectionsDFS projections estimate a player's fantasy points for an upcoming slate using expected opportunities, performance and the contest's scoring rules. 40:19

If you're plugging, you can play them both, but I'm saying if you're saying it's not going to be Rodriguez, it's going to be Jacobs Lane on the other side. And let me just spend a little bit more and get a seven point worse projection. You know what you're doing? Most of my favorite teams would be with them because you're just saying that they're down twenty one slingy and it's a Jacobs Lane or Bateman. See, Rod already did his damage, leave $5,000 or something like that.

40:42

But I mean, I like Lane and Bateman is ways to get different. They're on the field a lot and they should be in a perfect script. They can get open. It's just getting the ball, get down there, but man, The Sean Sully with the banger right here. Don't forget, only one other Joey F for the Ravens, and he was elite, baby. He got the job done. Shit, he's still making quarterbacks look bad. I thought he might be the guy that comes in for the Ravens here.

41:05

That would have been the key. Get him. Forget Joey. Forget Jacobs B. They will call all these quarterbacks this way now. Forget Jacobs B. Get Joe Flacco in there, man. Elite, elite stats. Then he dunked on them. He did the coin toss. He did the OT coin toss for since he, I was wondering what he was up to. And I saw him out there at midfield. Oh, nice. Nice. There he is. Yeah. He's that's crazy, man.

41:30

Back in the day, Joe, Joey Flacco, people give him a lot. He took a lot of Flacco. I tell you that. And then he went out and got that super bowl MVP on their ass and said, what's up. So love that shit. I'll always like any balled out last year. I hope Jacobs Brissett can do the same. That's what they're hoping for. That's what we're hoping for big time. All right. It's real. This is the thing, too. It is Spagnuolo.

41:53

He went on an interview and said it, but people don't want to say it that way, so we live in that world. What else, Hoop? Anything else at wide receiver? If not, take us into tight end. Good. When a name pronunciation makes zero logical sense, I refuse to do it. There's one not too long ago, too. I'm not doing it. I'm sorry. I'm not playing the game. Tight end. Definitely like Strange. Good option. What is he? $7,400, so he's got a real price tag.

42:26

Another name that I'm going to slaughter, and I have a bad voice, so I'm not going to even try it. The tight end for Jacksonville, Nate... Bork, Bork, Richard, Bork, Richard. I don't know. You got it. All right. Close enough. But his name does have Richard in it, or it looks like Kircher, I guess, but it's. I looked, I looked at it. All right. Tight touchdowns, back-to-back games. So good for, I think Trevor Lawrence, a captain teams, Jose Cuervos.

42:58

We got in there as well at twelve hundred. So a lot of action here. I will say, yeah, Mark Andrews just dropped so many freaking footballs. It's insane. I mean, the last couple of seasons, it's wild. Like anytime it's like bad, bad, horrible drops. But with that being said, $4,400, a quarterback that is probably never playing again in the NFL is probably going to want some safety of throwing to a tight end. So Mark Andrews is in play.

43:26

And actually, I kind of he's probably my favorite pass catcher for Baltimore after kind of shitting on him a little bit. It was nice to call that out. Yeah, that was the bad. The one in the playoffs, man, against the Bills. I think there was another last week or two weeks ago. They're just really bad, just horrible drops, like easy catches.

43:48

Yeah um what do you think title we talked about uh josh cueves earlier and then you've got now uh like the last name however you say borker you can't spell it without richer but can he make you richer I don't know I'll have to find out I'll tell you what though these tight ends on the Showdown (Captain and MVP)NFL Showdown lets you select players from one football game, including eligible quarterbacks, running backs, receivers, tight ends, kickers and team defenses. 44:19

Kind of liking it now. Nate B is what we're calling him today. Joe. Maybe. Yeah. Week five, forty nine percent of snap. Fifty five percent. Week six. Forty eight percent. Week eight. He's on the field. That's all you can ask for. I like him more than Quavis, even though I think he's fine. Mark Andrews, yeah, same thoughts as Hoop. Like he looks so dust and I just want to write him off.

44:42

But then I see him, he's like ten percent, twelve percent, fifteen. And it's like, oh, gosh, if he outscores Jaguars little or Jaguars defense, all it takes is one touchdown. Again, it's the same merit to liking, I think, Bateman and Jacobs Lane. These guys are cheap. They should be throwing the ball a lot. They're a way to get more Baltimore exposure, which gets you on different Roster ConstructionRoster construction is how you organize a DFS lineup within its salary cap and roster rules. Revisit the comparison when injury news changes the available value.Read the full definition of Roster Construction. I think that's where I want to go. Yeah, I like Strange.

45:08

I mean, Strange could outscore Parker Washington, Rodriguez. Yeah, Strange I think is a great player. Yeah. Prefer, you know, anything on the Jag side that's going to also be different from the rest of the Jags makes the most sense to me. And again, he's eleven K. You could still build a reasonable lineup with him. So I do think Strange is interesting.

45:27

And even when we were talking captain earlier, like I said, that'd be a guy that I would put up there for for that side, because it's obviously Lawrence Rodriguez, Washington getting all the love. I think it's like Myers and Strange are the ones after that. We'll get to the other conversation in just a second. But Anything else here at all? You guys, either of you want to talk about, I know you both hit it already, but anything else on the other positions?

45:47

If not, we just got kickers and D's left to tackle. And obviously the big conversation is going to be the Jags D. $5,800 bucks. No small price tag for them for a Showdown (Captain and MVP)NFL Showdown lets you select players from one football game, including eligible quarterbacks, running backs, receivers, tight ends, kickers and team defenses. We had seen D's come down a bit in salary, but I don't think it really matters when the slate is what it is. Like we've just, you know, I think a lot of lineups can just land there and make it make sense.

46:07

But where you at with the kickers and D's on this one? This is one of those spots, the defense spots, where you just got to be a little cautious with OwnershipOwnership is the percentage of lineups in a contest that include a given player. Favorite by ten. The other teams projected to score fourteen real-life points. It's just the one thing. I'd expect their ownership to probably steam up a little bit, but regardless, it's good play.

46:37

Something you can do with this defense thing is like, If you have a I don't know. Assuming like CorrelationCorrelation describes how two players' fantasy scores move together. Positively correlated players tend to have big games at the same time, usually because one player's success directly adds points for the other. When you build a tournament lineup, ask which of your players need the same thing to happen. The more of them that do, the higher your lineup's ceiling.Read the full definition of Correlation really doesn't matter. And you got like Parker Washington or something in there. You can just drop down to Jags defense. And that's like a difference of Packers what? Ninety four, the defenses. And so like somewhere in like the $4,000 range and just leave that on the table. And can the Jags D outscore Parker Washington? Yeah, absolutely.

47:04

So those are the things I'd be looking to do with Jags D. If you're playing a bunch of teams, you obviously want to include them. But, you know, Just be a little careful because this is the spot where these defenses get steamed way up. Kicker, Cam Little, I think, is definitely a guy. He's got a big leg, . Got a twelve spot. He's got a fourteen. He's got a nine. He's got two nines. He's got an eight.

47:33

So he can score and a low scoring slate maybe here. I think he's a great play at $5,400. Oh, I didn't realize the Ravens have Jake Moody, huh? Tyler Loops on the IR. Yeah, man. Jake Moody. He went to high school right down the road here, about ten minutes from Hoops house. I mean, get him in the backyard, get some extra kicks here in his bye week. All in Jake Moody? Is that what you're saying? He's optimal? Maybe, man.

48:00

Maybe. Actually, someone was telling me a story. They saw him because his old high school was like ten minutes down the road. When he got cut, he was in the high school field getting some kicks in. Nice. Yeah, if they can't get it done with Joey F., man, they got to kick those field goals. Right? Yeah. You never know. But how do you know Cameron Little has a big leg? His last name is Little – That's true. I was going to ask about his feet.

48:23

Do you know about his shoes? They don't have them. They got the shoe size? We need to know that. Brandon Aubrey with them size sevens out there, man. How's that going? So, yeah. Isn't he the guy that kicked the seven-yarder or something, right? Cam Little? Yeah, Cam Little. He's got a boot. Yeah. Got a big old third leg down there.

48:45

Third leg third cam third leg little all right he got a sixty eight yarder uh seventy yards yeah he made the he made the seventy that was seventy one preseason game it was a seventy yarder against the Steelers in twenty twenty five yeah there it is is that it yeah it looks like it but uh yeah sixty eight sixty seven yarders he's got some kicks for sure I just picked him up on my uh season long team too How's that one going for you this season?

49:15

So last year basically went undefeated. This year, much rougher, just three and five sitting in tenth out of twelfth place. I got a lot of injuries. I got Saquon, so that obviously has not worked out very well. Mike Evans, who pretty much never plays anymore. It's been rough. It's been a rough go for sure. Oh, Travis Etienne, or what? No, it's not Etienne anymore. Travis Etienne. Got him as well. He was in here earlier. Good boy, man. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

49:48

He's sitting on my IR right now, so things have been rough this year. Probably not going back-to-back. Etienne, he's the other guy with the other name. Like, how is that a name? Yeah. It was crazy. Oh, they played the Lions week one, and I was traveling. I think I was coming back from my son's baseball. I turned it on the radio, and they're like, Oh, hand off to A-Chan. I'm like, A-Chan? I said, who the hell is A-Chan on the Saints?

50:14

And they kept saying it. I was like, this guy doesn't know the player's name. He doesn't know it's Travis Etienne. He's calling him A-Chan instead. And then come to find out, I guess that's not how you pronounce his name or something. Who the hell knows? Who knows? All right. Anything you want to add there, Title? I mean, the Jags D is a conversation. One thing that is interesting I saw is like some people think they won't steam. Some people think thirty is about right.

50:39

Thirty doesn't really matter to me because like I said that, you know, it matters. I want to get it right and we want to get it right for everybody with the numbers and the ownership. But. What is most interesting to me is like Optimal LineupAn optimal lineup is a legal roster that maximizes fantasy points under the salary cap and roster rules. After games, it uses actual scores; before games, a projected optimal uses estimated scores and any lineup restrictions you set. When reviewing an optimal, replace its most surprising scorer with a realistic pregame alternative. Check whether the remaining construction still offered a credible path to winning your contest.Read the full definition of Optimal Lineup and where they're showing against that. It's like, I don't know if it's as if the guy's going to throw thirty times could be pretty optimal by the end of the night when it's all said and done.

50:56

But if you are thinking about having some builds without them, I don't really have a problem with it. I think we play for a different style game could get you a little bit more unique or different in that way by not having the Jags D in your lineup. Yeah, for sure. I don't want to take a big stand, I don't think, either way. I mean, I can totally make a case for it, but thirty percent is a lot of money.

51:16

The one I'm interested in your take, like I'm in on Little, I'm in on Moody. I think Moody and Derrick Henry stuff makes some sense just because you think the game's closer and they actually are kicking field goals. If they're down twenty one early, you pass up close.

51:29

Closer decisions fourth and fives fourth and fours you uh you go for the touchdown so moody and closer Game ScriptGame script is how a game's score and time remaining influence its pace, play choices and player opportunities. In football, teams protecting a lead often run more, while teams chasing a deficit often pass more. Before locking a lineup, ask who keeps playing if your expected script reverses. Check passing-down roles and backup rotations instead of assuming a team's leading rusher handles every situation.Read the full definition of Game Script I still like it though raven's defense is the one though like just no one's gonna play it what do we have it for eight percent uh and again yeah it feels gross it might even be less than eight percent but what if they do outscore somehow uh Justice Hill or they outscore um Cameron, Hunter, Bateman, Walker.

51:56

I'm not even going to say C-Rod because you don't need that to be the case. It just takes one play. What do you think, Tambo? I think Sims will like Baltimore defense, I imagine. Right, and it's also because from how you just stated it is completely accurate, and it's also the sharp route, not of the play. Again, people are like, well, you think that play is sharp? It's not about that.

52:15

It's how it's going to show up in your builds, and the argument against it and why no one's on it from all the different stuff, why it's baked in, all that stuff, is because they say, well, if the Jags are going to put up twenty-six on the road, how the hell is the defense going to be needed? Two things. A...

52:30

If they did we've seen defenses still be needed a scoop and score a touchdown it's all about like what it beats and the other ValueValue is the fantasy production you expect from a player relative to his salary. A value play offers more production or upside than his price suggests, whether he is cheap or expensive.Identify why the salary looks wrong: workload, matchup, scoring ability or a pricing error. Then check whether that reason still holds when you submit your lineup.Read the full definition of Value plays around it so it actually could we saw we talked about all the time the hundred and one point game in mexico both defenses had twenty plus points it's like that got there too but it's also when you're playing the Ravens d you're probably saying with the rest of your build you're not just plugging them in as a play you're saying it's a build where Maybe it's Derrick Henry captain and then the Ravens into the flex.

52:55

And it's like the ball control, the game changes. Like you're, you're building for that different game script. So it doesn't, they don't have, they might not put up. Twenty six points plus on the road, like you're seeing on paper because you're building it differently. So I got no problem with it. I think at $3,000 it's really interesting because of the same price as Justice Hill, basically same price as Rodriguez and you can play them together.

53:15

Like I always say, so it's like you can mix and match that way, but I don't think anyone's touching them.

53:19

The ProjectionsDFS projections estimate a player's fantasy points for an upcoming slate using expected opportunities, performance and the contest's scoring rules. 53:53

And I actually said that the Ravens Defense/Special Teams (DST)Defense/Special Teams (DST) is a roster selection representing one NFL team's combined defense and special teams, rather than an individual player. It earns fantasy points through sacks, takeaways, defensive and return touchdowns, and other plays, with adjustments for points allowed.Compare what a DST upgrade costs elsewhere in your lineup. And then you can keep some of those and you're, then, you know, you're not missing out on them, but you're also not just plugging them in to play them. It's, it's the people that build a five one and then just say, Oh, I'll just play Ravens over Justice Hill.

54:16

And like the answer there was it should, you should probably play Justice Hill. That's when you're probably going to run into it again. Can't say anything set in stone, but, but would definitely think that's the way I would look to build tonight. And I think that's where I would move the projection some on them in those sets. So I think it's a good call out. And I think it makes a ton of sense from that perspective. All right.

54:35

Hoop, anything with the FanDuel side of things that you see here before we get out of here? Good comment from our boy here. Mark A is absolute buns. I like that one. I do like that one. And he is buns, but unfortunately going to have to play his ass tonight. So hopefully tonight those buns turn into, What is it, Tambo? Those buns turn into honey buns. How about honey buns? Those buns, his buns turn into honey buns, a little croissant thing.

55:02

Mark Wunders, that's all I'm thinking about. This guy is just terrible. Where's the guy? It's going to be Mark Honey Buns tonight. Oh, man. I like this right here, this one. Can't wait to see the Discord erupt when Andrews drops one in the end zone. Oh, it'll happen, yeah. And then hopefully he catches the second one. That's what you got to hope for with him. FanDuel, pretty similar stuff. Searod is $5,400 versus the thirty four equally good play.

55:33

He has a direct path to being the highest scoring guy on the SlateA slate in DFS is the set of games, races, fights or tournament rounds covered by a contest. It determines which events your player selections can come from and which performances count toward your score. Before building, open the contest details and check the included events, scoring period and lock rules. Do not assume two sites offer identical slates just because both call them the main slate.Read the full definition of Slate. So I want him in captain as well, but same thing. It's like, make sure there's some different stuff looking Flex and UTILA standard NFL FLEX accepts a running back, wide receiver or tight end. If you do play him in the captain Strange at six, six hundred, he's going to need that honey to help. Yeah. Maybe I'll eat a honey bun before with his gloves on and catch the ball. That'd be great. Actually. Perfect for us. Uh, fifties, $5,800 on FanDuel.

56:04

So not as good of a price tag, but, you know, touchdown dependent site. Don't hate that. Uh, the cheapies, Abdullah, fourteen hundred, Allen, twelve hundred. So they're basically, uh, full on, full on punts over there. Um, but not too much of a difference really between the two sites. Title, did you want to add anything to that or anything else you saw? I see it pretty similar, like Coop said, to DraftKings and FanDuel.

56:31

It's like some cheap options that aren't going to get too much OwnershipOwnership is the percentage of lineups in a contest that include a given player. Projected ownership is an estimate made before lock; actual ownership is posted once the contest locks.Ownership isn't something to avoid; it's something to build around. The goal is understanding how the field is likely to build, then finding your edge relative to that.Read the full definition of Ownership, that Borg-Chire, Borg-Kircher, tight end, Travis Hunter, Josh Cameron, Jacobs Lane, all cheaper than Justice Hill and C-Rod. Yeah, C-Rod, he looks a little more expensive, but he's equally as good a play. And the field will know that Andrews is more – Higher price on FanDuel. That's a tough click. But if he is optimal, I definitely like him less on FanDuel. He needs a touchdown. And even then, he's not guaranteed.

57:01

But yeah, Lane, Cameron, Hunter, Boerkircher, Cuevas, if you want. I think those are the ones. Abdullah, if any of them are optimal, that's how you're going to see a unique shipper, less than five dupes. One thing I like on FanDuel more, and I know it's, you know, you could say the same on DraftKings. I get it. Like he's only ten percent there on FanDuel. It looks like he's under ten. But I like Henry at MVP.

57:23

He's a big boy up top, almost $19,000. That's insane. But it's you're playing for the if he gets there. And on that, it's a touchdown. So the other the thing I don't like about it as much on DraftKings where people just say, well, it's the same thing. You could just call it that way. It's like. On DraftKings, the full-point PPR still does add up and rack up, and some of these guys can just get you.

57:43

So if you don't quite get all the way there with it, but on FanDuel, the touchdowns, the extras that way, I think you just are hoping for that. On DraftKings, you can still get overridden by these multiple PPR guys and whatever happens on the Jag side too with it and all that. It's not always the same on FanDuel when somebody else gets overridden you know, six for eighty on FanDuel. It still matters. But on DraftKings, that's like big time.

58:05

And then they get you that hundred yard bonus late or something like, damn, they didn't even have a touchdown and they still crushed it. So, you know, all that matters more. And I like the fact that he's way up there. He's an extra almost thousand dollars over Lawrence up top. And then I've talked about before, but I, you know, Spending UpSpending up means choosing a higher-priced player over a cheaper alternative, using more of your lineup's salary budget at that spot. You may also hear it called paying up.Build a version with your preferred expensive player and another without. Before choosing, check whether either version relies on a cheap player whose expected role still depends on unresolved injury news.Read the full definition of Spending Up for probability. That's what I'm doing. I know it's an ugly price. I want that for that reason.

58:25

If he's sub ten, because I think over there you'll see what, fifty percent just on Lawrence and Washington alone. And then you add in Searod. It keeps going up. It's three dudes over there. That's it. So. All right. Anything you're smiling over there a little bit. You got anything else to add? We try to get you out without busting it up too bad. Anything else you want to add? No, made it through. I didn't know how I was going to go, but feeling pretty good on the voice.

58:52

Obviously, some cracks along the way and should be back to one hundred percent by by Sunday. That's the plan.

58:58

So a honey percent honey percent be back to a honey percent of a honey tea tonight one of those uh you know soothing throat drinks you're gonna try one of those I might I thought about it I got a coffee I was thinking about putting some honey in there but I'm not much of like a honey guy so I just uh went with the standard so we'll see but I feel great that's the annoying part when you got something like this like I don't feel sick at all just got the the throat thing going And, you know, it's more of an annoyance than anything.

59:25

Hit the steam room for a while today at the gym. I was in there for a good twenty. Guy gave us like the ten minute warning saying, I'm coming to clean it. So you guys got to finish up. So I got in this all twenty minutes in the steam room and felt nice, man. Felt real nice. What exactly did you guys have to finish up? Just sitting there and enjoying the steamy environments. I basically got ten minutes. So let's wrap this shit up.

59:51

He's wanting to wrap this shit up too. So that's perfect. All right. Title, any final thoughts for you, man? Anything else you want to add before we get out of here? No, the more we talked, like, just how much money you can leave. And if you don't play Trevor Rodriguez or Parker up top, like, it's very clear where to get different on the slate. So, yeah, I actually liked it more than I initially thought coming in.

1:00:12

And, yeah, it's either going to be a lot of chops, but I'm optimistic that I think this one's going to have a lot of uniques up there with five minutes left where money will swing heavily, so. At least I hope so. So yeah, good luck. It's going to be fun tonight. I'm excited for that for sure. And like I said to you guys earlier, if you want to check it out, you can go to what one am I on here, man?

1:00:37

That was nice. Get that full screen back. Yeah, just go full screen. What is going on, boys? You can't even do it. I'm out. I can't do it. All I was going to say is I am really, truly excited because that was a lot of fun the other night. Obviously, it was because Rio was shipping a Milly. That was the best part, but it was like just sweating it. I think that's fun. I've always liked Nelson Adcock has been awesome over at Cut Sweats.

1:01:00

I like that for PGA where you can like see after each round how your team kind of sets up. Sometimes it feels like that number's way off or whatever, but it's nice just to know and sweat along. So you guys check it out. I don't know why the screen doesn't work, but you can go to DFSOS.com, use code SHIPIT, get in the action tonight. That's all access for twenty nine bucks for a month and you will be able to test it out tonight.

1:01:21

I'm excited just to sweat. I just want to know like dupes right away. And stuff like I get so excited for that just out of the gates, how many lineups were unique and all this other stuff. So I'm really excited to check that out. But the other one, now that we're at the end title got brought up, if you can only choose one. Oops, a steam room guy. It was sauna guy. What's the battle here? For sure, the sauna. The sauna.

1:01:42

You got to get in that sauna. The best is that nobody knows and has ever watched us. They were making fun of us for name pronunciations, and now we're saying sauna, no problem, and they're thinking we're idiots, but it's a good one. I was dying today. One of my PRs got thirty-five minutes today. In the sauna? Yeah. Damn. Isn't that over the... What's the temperature on it? It was probably like one seventy four. I'm not like crazy. Five minutes. Yeah. Wow.

1:02:12

Yeah. I definitely prefer the sauna as well. The only time I go in the steam room is if I'm not feeling well and I just need. Yeah, I like both. But yeah, yeah. I'm more I'm definitely a sauna guy, but I do not do thirty five minutes. I can guarantee I can promise you that. So at the gym, usually like one eighty five. I at the most I'll be sitting there for like fifteen minutes or something. Yeah, I do. Twenty five.

1:02:36

I got you to twenty five. Yeah, but mine's a little different, though, because I got in my basement, it's like an infrared with everything. The temp is not quite that high, so it's all pretty standard stuff. But, Title, did you know about the boys? Like, you know, a sauna is not really good for the boys and for the reproduction cycle. So if you're having more kids, I know you just busted out in that dad life last year. I'll have to look into that.

1:03:01

I've heard it's the best thing to get microplastics out of you. It's good for that, but it's the counts that you got to look out for. So now you'll get hit with it after this. Your algorithm is going to be busting with the ice pack boxers that you can go in with and everything too. I'm confident in my game. Eat well, lift weights. I never heard that about reproduction. I'll have to look at that. Yeah, check it out. Because I know it takes microplastics.

1:03:29

Interesting. I always love to hear if anyone out there, I mean, a lot of people watch these shows and I'm by no means an expert. So anything in the health industry or something, I'm always ears about. Are you over the cold plunge?

1:03:44

Uh not yeah I mean yes like my life like I don't really do it so I guess I'm over it that way but I have nothing against it sometimes I still jump in my cold pool just to wake up seems like it was somewhat of like a fad it was like a big yeah I guess like people are kind of over it a little bit because it was everyone going hard at it for a while now even like at the gym they have a huge one they have a huge hot tub a huge cold plunge at first that thing was like filled up with people in there now you remember when I did the show one morning right before and it was like November so

1:04:14

Oh my gosh never again I was like I can hardly talk just shaking that's what I'm saying about I know there is a lot of health benefits that they say about that but for me just not my thing I'm not trying to wake up that I'm not trying to do that before bed and be frozen I don't care I'm good on a lot of other things. We'll go nine out of ten, eight out of ten and be okay. Yeah, you can't hit it all.

1:04:36

I did it like one time, like all these people at the gym. You go the same time, you kind of start interacting with people like, oh, come on, we're going to go from the hot tub. Into the cold plunge. I was like, I really don't want to, but I'll, you know, I'll join you guys. I walked in, stood there for thirty seconds, felt like I was going to pass out. I'm like, yeah, I'm good. See you guys later.

1:04:54

I'm going back to going back to the sauna. I remember like a cold plunge back then. But as a kid, you'd go from like, you know, you're staying at a resort or like a thing up in a pool. You'd be like, I'm in the hot tub. I'm cool. Yeah.

1:05:06

I'm like feeling good like I'm the man I'm sitting in the hot tub warm and then you go in the pool and it's so cold and you're like oh I gotta Bring-BackIn the NFL, a bring-back is usually a wide receiver, tight end or running back from the team facing your quarterback stack.Pick the bring-back who gains the most when his team falls behind. In football that's usually the opponent's top pass catcher, not a running back who loses carries in a comeback.Read the full definition of Bring-Back to the hot tub but nowadays people be going from you know way super hot hot tub into this freezing cold cold I don't know the health stuff can't be good for you on that seems insane and they do it right after each other like before bed it's part of their routine and stuff they go to their sauna get out grab a cold plunge get a shower put their face moisture moisturizer on and go to bed See, that's what Newlands was saying.

1:05:36

People are saying now it's not good for you to do it. So I don't know. Who knows? I mean, it's a new thing. So, you know, maybe not all the info is out, but I mean, there are people like at the gym. It looks like they're like in a coma sitting in that thing. I was like, man, that that does not look good for you. It looks like you're about to be going out in the cold bloods. No one's leaving yet, so we can chat.

1:05:57

But do you guys know Brian? You probably know Brian Johnson, right? You're talking about like the... Is he the biohacker guy? Yeah. It's the guy like, what's it called? Like Never Die or whatever. He's trying to live forever. He's doing all the tracks. And all this stuff. So I listened to this podcast and they were telling me, and apparently it's legit. You can look it up. He is now selling his routine to...

1:06:16

To like super wealthy and billionaire type people he's selling his whole routine for a million dollars and you like apply for it and then he tells you everything that he does from start his whole stack like his you know start to finish he's been working on this stuff for years now and all this stuff it's insane how much uh you know he does and says he's testing out I think he spends like two million dollars a year on his health or something like that like just I know the one guy that was doing a similar thing and getting some sort of I don't know if it was like a terminal illness, but like a really bad.

1:06:47

He got some sort of really bad disease or illness. And I don't know if it was related to some of the stuff he's doing, but I don't know that guy's name either. I just kind of came across it quickly. Yeah. Speaking of sound of this guy was telling me, have you ever heard of Chihuahua Tom? No. Type in C-H-U-A-N-D-O and then T-A-N. Yeah, look at his picture. This guy in the sauna, he's he's forty years old. Looks like he's twenty.

1:07:23

And like that's like his life goal, like hyperbolic, hyperbolic chambers, just like everything to look as young. Oh, he's sixty. He looks like A.I. Yeah. Yeah. That's what he spends, like, his life craft on. And, like, this guy in the sauna that I met, like, that's literally what his, like, goal is. Talking about manifesting and all that, like, he literally, he's like, yeah, I'm forty-one in four months. Like, dude, you're the only guy in life I've heard, like, that's trying to age himself faster.

1:07:51

He goes, yeah, I am. Like, crazy stuff. Yeah, someone said, Andrews said, this one you know the game is poop. Better combos after the game. We usually save it to the end so everybody else can just bail. Somehow everyone didn't bail today when we started talking about it. This is the stuff people love. You get the food conversations. You get all that sort of thing. We got to bring those back. It's almost Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving, yes.

1:08:15

We're going to have to get some of those back in the mix here. Yeah, Thanksgiving when everyone says it. What about this, Title? You in? We're doing a yay or nays right now. We did Steam Room Sun, and now someone's talking about cucumbers before bed on the eyes or not? No, I'm not in. I don't sleep on my back, so the cucumbers would be off when I go to my side.

1:08:35

Here's a real question, and I'll probably get blasted for this, and I'll probably be made fun of. Don't be afraid to admit it. I'll be the first to admit it, and you guys can follow suit if you want to. But, like, obviously, women are into a lot of this stuff, like the things that go under your eyes or the face mask thing. Has your wife ever convinced you to do any of that, put the things on under your eye or, like, a face mask?

1:08:57

I've done a face mask a couple times. Yeah, I've done it. I've never done the eye stuff. What is the Rose and Stella's? They're nice cooling pads. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You do them? All right. Okay, cool. Yeah, I do that stuff, too. Like, not... Not on a regular basis, but if she's doing it, she goes, Oh, try this. I'll do it. All right. So like, those aren't for women. Those are for people. Those are like putting different things into your stuff.

1:09:21

It's like good. But guys are not actively going out and buying that at a store and bringing it home at No, but when she brings it and she has it there and I can use it, I'm not, I'm not, not part of my daily routine, but if it's there and where she's putting them on, I'll throw those things on for sure. Yeah.

1:09:36

I thought that would be something that chat would be all your, you know, I thought we'd get, I'd get some heat for that, but all right. I've been doing that for over a decade. They call them now. That's what I thought. That's what I thought I was going to get. That's what I thought was coming for sure. Yeah, they want to know now, Title, why don't you sleep on your back? I've never in my life. There's nothing about that at all.

1:10:00

I just naturally am a side sleeper. Okay. Everybody got a side. Some people are side sleepers that have a side too. That's my side of the bed. You also have that because your side needs to be on that side. Maddie's just scared of being by the door because she's weird. Whatever that means. You break in and somehow they're not going to see you on that other side. They're only going to get you. My wife is the same way.

1:10:25

That's my side, is the one that's close to the door. Let him take the guys for a ride. That's the thing, too, when upstairs bedrooms, we were like, oh, we've got to lock up all the windows. I said, listen to me. If this Person wants to come to my house, pull out a fifteen-foot ladder, climb up a window and get in, you think a lock is stopping them if they're doing all that shit? You don't even need to worry about it.

1:10:50

That's the thing. So, All that stuff is just whatever. It's nice to be safe, have security, be protected. But in the in the United Scates, you're good to be armed out here. Right. Nice to have something on you. But I'm just saying in general, when people are so worried about that, like you said about your wife, my wife's the same way. So he's going to this killer. He I'm called. They are going to bust in the room. Yeah. Shoot me in the face and leave you.

1:11:12

And why are they even doing that in the first place, by the way? Like, what's this robbery that's about to happen? You're just cooking up over here. This doesn't make any sense. But whatever makes you feel good, I got you.

1:11:21

That's the same way I just all right sure let's move on yeah exactly that's it oh man all right it's always good chatting about this stuff having some fun after the fact I think tonight will be interesting we'll see how it plays out we'll be in the Discord sweating it we'll be posting the the DFS os little clippers I'll be trying to find out how many uniques I got out of the gate all this stuff it's gonna be a lot of fun from that perspective as a Ravens fan we'll see how our boy joey f does but maybe uh you know maybe a good game that we could put together This is a good conversation though.

1:11:51

The guys talking about the wives. I didn't even think about it either because everywhere now, now that you guys said it, like anytime we go somewhere or at our house, I'm always sleeping by the door. And I never even, never even thought about it until now. She's never, she never brought it up. Like no, no, just naturally just goes the other side and you take, yeah.

1:12:10

Yeah that's funny she knows I got the got the protection got the protection in the nightstand to take care of anyone that wants to get in got the heat ready to roll if needed yeah of course oh man that's good yeah I mean I get it when they're not you know when they're staying home alone or something like that they're nervous and they got a knife under the bed or something crazy just in case but in general uh you know that's funny hoop's wife was just taking that side he didn't even know why that's funny now it all makes sense Oh, man.

1:12:37
