By participating in any part of the SHIP IT GAMES series hosted by Ship It Nation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. ELIGIBILITY

• Open to active, paying Ship It Nation All-Access and NFL-Only monthly or annual members only.
• Must be 18 years or older (or 19+ in jurisdictions where applicable).
• Must be legally eligible to participate in fantasy sports contests in your state, province or country.
• Members must have a valid DraftKings account to participate in weekly entries.

2. SHIP IT GAMES STRUCTURE

SHIP IT GAMES consists of 3 ongoing, weekly events during the NFL regular season (Note: Ship It Games initial rounds run Weeks 1-15 (45 Qualifiers) before the Finals start Week 17 (Round 1 – 50 Qualifiers) and conclude at the end of Week 1 of the NFL Playoffs (Round 2 – 10 Grand Finalists):

Event Breakdown (Weeks 1-15 of the NFL season):

1. “Golden Shipper” (Up to 499-Person Contest)
   • Up to 499 members will play in a contest hosted by Ship It Nation. Link will be posted weekly in Discord.
   • Top 3 (Weeks 1-15) will receive a Golden Ship It ticket to the final 50 (Week 17).
   • In the event of any ties, we will host a playoff for the Golden Ship It ticket in the direct following showdown slate.
2. “Winner’s Circle” (Any $5k+ NFL Win. 1 Per Member)
   • Any valid $5k+ NFL win following our Winner’s Circle rules will play in the Week 16 special bonus qualifier event where the top 5 will each win a Golden Ship It ticket and will join the 45 other qualifiers in the Week 17 contest.
   • Max 1 Week 16 entry per member. 
   • Ineligible to qualify via Event #2 for Week 16 if already qualified via Event #1.
   • All Winner’s Circle rules and rewards stay eligible for everyone, regardless of Ship It Games Week 16 bonus qualifier.
3. “Share A Ship” with ToeTagginTambo
   • The 3 Event #1 winners will share in a lineup ($333-$555) that ToeTagginTambo will enter.
   • Lineup will be posted for community tracking in the Ship It Nation Discord. Any late-swaps will be reported and tracked.
   • If the lineup cashes, 10% of any profit will be split amongst the 3 Event #1 winners from the previous week. 50% of the profit will go towards the Golden Ship It prize pool. The remaining 40% goes back to Ship It Nation.
   • Share A Ship only rewards Event #1 winners. Week 16 bonus qualifiers are not eligible.

Note:

• A total of 50 Golden Ship It Tickets will be issued during the season.
• Maximum 1 Golden Ship It ticket per member. In the event you win 1 of the 50 Golden Ship It tickets, you’re no longer eligible to compete in the remaining games but must still remain a paid/active member to participate in the Ship It Games.

15 weeks x 3 Golden Ship It ticket winners makes for 45 of the final 50 Golden Ship It tickets.

Additionally;

• There will be a special bonus qualifier event featuring all valid Winner’s Circle qualifiers, plus any bonus qualifiers who will play in a special Golden Shipper contest where the top 5 will each win a Golden Ship It ticket and will join the 45 other qualifiers in the Week 17 contest.

3. GOLDEN SHIP IT PLAYOFFS

• Week 17: 50 Golden Ship It ticket winners play in a private contest hosted by Ship It Nation.
• Top 10 results in Week 17 contest advance to the SHIP IT GAMES Grand Finale during Week 1 of the NFL Playoffs.
• The final 10 will all be awarded cash/prizes from a cash/prize pool starting at $45,147 and potentially increasing based on Event #3 (Share A Ship) profits.

4. PRIZE PAYOUTS/INITIAL BREAKDOWN

• Cash prizes are paid via PayPal or other mutually agreed methods.
• Winners are responsible for any tax obligations associated with all winnings.
• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, alternative products or services.

INITIAL PRIZE POOL/PAYOUTS:

1st: $10,000
2nd: $5,000
3rd: $2,500
4th-5th: $1,250
6th-10th: $1,000

• Initial Prize Pool is subject to change (increase) depending on results of “Share a Ship” (Event #3) throughout the season.

BONUS PRIZES:

1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place will receive 1 Year Ship It Nation/SaberSim Ultimate membership ($4,300 value).

4th place-10th place will receive 1 Month Ship It Nation/SaberSim Ultimate membership ($321 value).

All membership bonus prizes to be provided at the end of SHIP IT GAMES.

5. DISCLAIMER

While some contests may be hosted on the DraftKings platform, DraftKings is in no way affiliated with Ship It Nation or SHIP IT GAMES.

• DraftKings does not sponsor, endorse or administer this contest.
• All contests are organized and funded solely by Ship It Nation.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Ship It Nation reserves the right to modify or cancel any game or rule structure at any time.
• In cases of dispute, Ship It Nation’s interpretation of the rules and eligibility will be final.
• Fraud, abuse or violation of these terms may result in disqualification.
