WHAT TO EXPECT

MIND MAP is an ongoing series focused on case studies, deep dives and review.

This series will feature content where I’m breaking down my own lineups and the lineups and player pools of other DFS players. I’ll also extrapolate on other topics from around the industry and from the foundation course: DFS Mind Map. All this and much more.

New episodes will be available each month.

MIND MAP:
PGA SHOWDOWN - RD4 REVIEW

This episode of MIND MAP focuses on: PGA Classic – Slate Review.

I go through a PGA Classic slate review in a similar style to how I do my “Takedown Breakdown” shows for NFL Classic slate reviews.

Some key things I cover include:

Using Fantasy Labs to look at winning lineups, complete player pools, player exposures, stack combinations and more.

The winning lineup for the $500K PGA Pitch + Putt ($20 buyin).

A look at the player pools and exposures for the winner and 2 others in the top that played 150 lineups in that GPP.

How a tighter player pool can lead you to a really big week, especially when it includes big exposure to high-leverage options.

Breaking down the $135K PGA Driver ($200 buyin) single-entry GPP and the differences found between that and the lottery-style GPP reviewed beforehand.

All this and more!

Roster-construction concepts and how it worked for my 2nd place $40,000 lineup.

How to be “late-swap ready” vs. the field.

The way to set up your lineups to have similar spots covered in different lineups to help avoid saying “I had all the right pieces but in all the wrong places.”

All this and more!
